When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. We ship orders across South Africa using Bob Go, a shipping platform that connects us to leading couriers.
Shipping in South Africa
1) Shipping options at checkout
Depending on your address and parcel size, you may see one or more of the following options at checkout:

Courier to your door (Nationwide)
Door-to-door delivery anywhere in South Africa via Bob Go’s courier network. -
Pickup points (where available)
Some delivery services offer collection at Bobbox lockers/Pargo counters/Pargo pickup points for added convenience. -
Click & Collect (Johannesburg / Gauteng)
If you’re in Gauteng, you can choose Collection at checkout and collect from our Johannesburg premises once you receive the “Awaiting Pickup” email.
2) Shipping fees
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout based on your delivery address and parcel characteristics (e.g., size/weight and service level). Please review the shipping total before completing payment.
3) Order processing (dispatch)

Orders are prepared for dispatch after payment is confirmed.

If stock is available, we aim to dispatch orders within 1 business day (excluding weekends/public holidays).

If an item is not in stock, we will contact you with an updated lead time.
4) Delivery time estimates (after dispatch)
Delivery speed depends on the courier/service level selected and your destination. As a guideline, Bob Go courier service levels commonly range between:

Express: approximately 1–2 business days

Economy: approximately 3–5 business days

Regional/outlying areas: can be 4–5 business days (and sometimes longer depending on route access)
Pargo (Pickup Point / Counter)
Estimated delivery to the chosen Pargo point (after collection/hand-over):

Local / Main Centre: up to 3 working days

Regional: up to 5 working days

Outlying areas: add up to +2 business days
Collection window: customer has 8 days to collect once delivered
BobBox (Locker / Counter)
Estimated delivery to the chosen BobBox locker/counter (after collection/hand-over):

Local: up to 2 working days

Main Centre: up to 2–3 working days
Collection window (counter/locker): customer typically has 48 hours to collect after delivery (Locker access is via OTP/PIN once delivered.)
These are estimates, not guarantees. Peak periods, severe weather, remote routes, or courier network delays may affect transit times.
Undeliverable packages
If packages are returned to us as undeliverable. Every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment. Shipping charges will have to be paid again before the parcel is resent
Refunds/returns Policy
Should you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase , you must advise us in writing of your cancellation and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase. The goods must be returned to us in it’s original condition and packaging within 7 calendar days after receipt of the item. Goods returned after this period will be liable to a 20% handling fee. Shipping to send items back is at the buyers cost.
Products should not be used at all as well as proof of purchase (invoice) and the original packaging.
All items carry a repair guarantee from our suppliers who will either repair or replace the item.
To qualify for a refund or exchange the product must be: Complete, unused and in “as new” condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way). It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories.
Any “Free Gifts” received with the product must also be returned.
We cannot cancel your purchase when you return your product to us without proof of purchase:
– the warranty seal has been broken on any item
– the goods were a special order to your specification.
This promise does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
